ALMOND BUTTER TOFFEE

Our mother had a tradition of making her Almond Butter Toffee soon after we opened our gifts Christmas morning. Mother, in her pajamas, would be in the kitchen making several batches of her delicious toffee that would be shared with family and friends Christmas night. The entire house was permeated with the delicious aroma of her freshly made candy. Our mother acquired her nickname "PJ" for spending so much time baking in her pajamas.

We have continued the family recipe and offer small batch quality and freshness year round. While we don't wear our pajamas when making  our candy we do use flannel ribbon in our gift packaging in remembrance of her.
